June 6th - v Torquay 'B'
Mandi, Pam H and Mick fell 5 shots behind early in the game but recovered to be level at
8 ends, the opposition then scored five shots in next three ends and despite all their efforts Marldon were unable to close this
gap and lost 12-17
John R, Gillian and Wes were also in an even game and were level after 8 ends. A better second part of game which
included a five on one end saw them take a 15-6 lead. Torquay came back strongly and almost caught up
but Marldon held on for a narrow victory 17-16
Karen, Trish and Colin M were slow off the mark and were 2-9 down after 5 ends. The rest of the game was closer but Marldon
conceded one more than they scored and lost 13-21

July 25th @ Paignton Torbay
Anne, Dave A and Dave C went 5-1 down but recovered with 2 fives on ends 13 and 14 and another 5 on the 17th end to
win 23-20.
Sue M, Dave T and Bryan were level at 8 ends and 14-10 up with two ends to play, but opponents then scored 4 and 1 to win 15-14.
Richard M, Ros and LesC were 6-0 up after 4 ends and retained the six shot lead to end 13, before winning 5
of the last 6 ends to give them a comfortable 19-6 win.

June 20th @ Brixham St Mary
Dave F, Theresa C and Dave C went 9 -1 up before dropping a 8 to be level at 9 all. Marldon never qiute recovered
and lost 14-18.
Anne, John M and Bryan S abandoned their game at 10 end after an injury, with scores tied at 5 all.
Colin E, Sue C and Terry G tried but were outbowled by the opposition who won 20-8.

June 6th v Paignton Torbay
Dave T, Ray O and Theresa C were level at 4 all after 5 ends but then took 5 of the next 6 ends to build up an 8 shot lead.
By the end of the game this had increased to 10 shots, a good win for the Marldon triple, 21-11.
Anne, Mike T and Dave C raced into a 10-1 lead by the seventh end and continued to outscorethe opposition for a good 21-8 win.
Ros, Richard M and Tony W put 27 shots on the board before their opponents scored a single shot. The opposition only scored
two more one's as Marldon won 35-3.

May 16th - Good win for the RMTL B team in first game of Season against Kings BC.
Pat H, Mike T and Terry G fell behind and remained behind until 10-17 down at 15th End, a good finish
saw Marldon score 7 shots on last three ends to tie the game.
Dave A, Les and Theresa C took an early lead, being 4 -1
up at 5 ends and 12-5 up at 10 before dropping 5 shots in next two ends to close the gap to 2 shots. Marldon held on to
the two shot lead, winning 16-14.
Richard M, Trish and Bryan had a good game winning 14 of the 18 ends for a comfortable 28-6 win
